How it works
2nd Life batteries
REVOV source batteries from electric vehicles when those batteries have utilsied between 10% and 15% of their expected cycle life. These batteries have just been run-in and have not displayed any defects. They have a remaining expected cycle life of more than 5000 cycles and are offered in repurposed form with a warranty for 3,500 cycles or 10 years based on one cycle per day.
Having already been through the first period of their lives without defect, they can be expected to be highly reliable thereafter.
The recovered cells are fitted into new casings with all new fittings and electronics.
Cost Effective.
2nd Life automotive Lithium Iron phosphate batteries (LiFePO4) offer a cost-effective high value alternative to commonly available lithium-ion batteries.
Robust Engineering.
Being automotive grade cells, they are designed to be sufficiently robust to withstand vibrations and to operate at up to 45 degrees Celsius.

REVOV batteries have a solid track record of use in South Africa for more than 5 years.
REVOV Battery Warranty
The 51.2V REVOV batteries are offered with a warranty of up to 3,500 cycle or 10 years warranty based on one cycle per day. The REVOV 12.8V batteries are offered with a 2,00 cycle or 3-year warranty. In the unlikely event that a battery fails, we will arrange repairs locally either in Lusaka or in Johannesburg. If a repair is not possible, we will replace the battery.

All battery products and their components must be installed by appropriately qualified personnel. All installations must adhere to local wiring regulations and standards. We will not be held liable for any product malfunctions as a result of incorrectly installed systems.

Shipping
Our prices include delivery to our offices in Lusaka for collection by you. If you require additional shipping within Zambia, we can quote you a supplementary rate.
Warranty
REVOV batteries have a 3-year warranty, and 10-year warranties on specific models. The warranty on inverters and other items is 12 months unless otherwise stated.
